Client Testimonials, in today’s world, are an ideal way of reaching out to our customers and are an effective way of collecting feedback for your work. In today’s changing competitive environment, it is all the more necessary to understand client preferences so that you are able to deliver results in a more professional manner while giving your clients the impression that you truly care.
There are several ways of collecting feedback from your customers. Let us discuss some of the ways in which we can do so.

1)      SENDING OUT A CUSTOMER SURVEY:
This is perhaps turned out to be one of the most commonly used and effective means of collecting feedback from your customers. This is a documented way of gathering feedback from customers and gives you an idea of the standard of work you are offering. It is also equally important for you to be in constant touch with such customers, as it builds customer loyalty. One loyal customer equals 10 irregular customers any day! The reason is that this loyal customer will also not just give you a good rating but also speak well of you in the market.

3)      VIDEO TESTIMONIALS ARE THE WAY TO GO:
A lot of customers are skeptical about customer references and would require more than just an email or a survey from your previous customer. In such situations, if you have a video testimonial ensuring the person’s identity as well as talking about your services, it will add a lot more value to your work. Video testimonials also touch individuals on a human level, as the effort seems more genuine and also gives the customer an impression that you are willing to go the extra mile. This automatically builds confidence in the mind of the customer. Answering questions visually seems a lot more interactive rather than having to read a customer survey.

4)      MAKE THE ENDORSEMENTS VISIBLE
Just having people endorsing you is not enough. It is also important to make sure those endorsements are clearly visible on your website or any other platform you are sharing your work on. Adding them to the center of your page implies desperation whereas doing it on the side of your page means confidence as well as pride.
